Has grief and loss broken open your heart. Grief can come in many forms such as loss of a loved one, divorce, life transitions, loss of community, and even loss of our sense of self.  Markay Nelson, LCSW will guide you through the Kintsugi art process as a metaphor for our grief.  We will share stories as we break and mend our bowl to bring more beauty, strength, and resilience to our grief journey.  Join us for a 4 week supportive therapeutic art class (Loss of a Loved One) on Tuesdays May 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th, from 6:30 - 8:00pm  All supplies included but feel free to bring an item to repair if you would like.
